Payment in store
You can pay at the cash desk in our stores, as long as you have chosen to receive it from them.
Pay on delivery
Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you pay the amount owed to the distributor who brought you the order, so simply and safely. Regarding bulky-oversized products (e.g. Garden Houses) cash on delivery is not possible.
In case you choose payment via CASH ON, you are charged an additional €1.90, which is the courier's fee for managing the payment.
For purchases over €500, cash on delivery is not possible. In these cases the respective transaction needs to be paid by deposit/transfer or by credit/debit card or PayPal.
