Deliveries are made by courier Elta Courier Door to Door. All deliveries are made to your door except for the choice of transport where, depending on the region, it is done either on the pavement or picked up from their headquarters. As long as you have placed an order with registration, you will receive an update in your email on the day your order is sent with all the shipping details as well as the parcel's shipping ID (voucher) so you can see where your shipment is (tracking) per at any time. When it comes to bulky products such as strollers, bicycles, motorized vehicles, cribs, houses, etc. then the shipment is made via a transport company.

Pickup from the store

It is possible to pick up from the store with free shipping costs for products/basket up to 20Kg (actual or volumetric weight). Note: Please do not come to the store unless we first inform you that your order is ready via SMS to your mobile phone.

Shipping weight

In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged based on the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated based on the formula: Volumetric Weight in kilograms = Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000

Cost of transportation

The products have a chargeable weight (Actual or Volumetric), when completing the order and when you select the prefecture you see the exact shipping cost for each shipping company. So the additional charge, if any, is added to the total cost and you see it in detail when completing your order.

Order processing time

Order processing time is the time it takes for your order to be prepared, packed and invoiced so that it is ready to ship. Average order processing time is 1-2 business days if all products are available at the store processing the order. Otherwise it is 2-4 working days.
